Anonymous Landscapes

Creative Summary

"Anonymous Landscapes" is a creative reflection by the renowned poet and contemporary artist Mr. Lü De'an, who resides between the United States and China. The design team, commissioned by the artist, was involved in expressing this concept visually. Through discussions with the artist, both parties agreed that "anonymity" does not imply a lack of presence, but rather suggests a sudden, unexpected perspective. Landscapes, though part of the backdrop of life, are often commonplace and not necessarily drawn from famous mountains or rivers.

The design team reinterprets the landscape concept by scraping off layers to reveal the text, creating an interaction between traditional expression and contemporary artistic methods. The work reflects the artist's perspective on "how to love a homeland." The design team views the act of scraping as a response to this question. The concept of "Anonymous Landscapes" works as an implicit or prophetic background, further highlighting its universality in today's fragmented social context.
